Room 101 is the Marriage License Office.

Honolulu Marriage License Office is open MON-FRI 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Windward Oahu Beaches Off Limits

Honolulu City Council has restricted beach weddings at Makapuu Beach, Waimanalo, Lanikai, and Kailua Beach Park. Those beaches are some of the most beautiful on Oahu.

We still perform weddings at the scenic Kahala Beach, Diamond Head Beach, Waikiki Beach, Magic Island, Ko Olina, and North Shore.

 

Commercial Activity ban in East Oahu

"Bill 38, introduced by Honolulu City Council member Esther Kia‘āina and passed by the Council last month, prohibits most commercial activities along shoreline areas from Waimanalo to Makapuu. Commercial activities, as defined in the bill, include wedding photography and recreational stops by commercial tour companies."
